In the extremely rare event that your item arrives and does not match its description, images, or specifications (such as incorrect colour, size, or design), we will happily exchange it for the correct product or offer a full refund.

Warranty Coverage

Most Beleza House products come with a 1–2 year warranty, as indicated on individual product pages. This warranty applies to domestic use only and covers:

These are the types of issues that typically appear within the first year of use, and our warranty is designed to ensure they are resolved promptly.

Please note that most manufacturing defects naturally reveal themselves within 6–12 months of regular use. Our warranty specifically protects you during this period to ensure any genuine structural or material issues are addressed.


Repairs & Replacement Parts

We understand that accidents can happen. Should your furniture suffer accidental damage outside of warranty coverage, we may be able to offer replacement parts or repair options. Costs will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the item and the parts required.
